Rizq Privacy policy
Rizq Labs is a trade name of Barakah Business Technologies LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through rizqlabs.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you choose to send us, use it to reply to you, and don't sell it.
What we collect
Information you submit. When you fill out a form on this site (the Busywork Audit request, the pay-app checklist request, or the fit-call request), we receive what you enter: typically your name, business or company name, email address, and optionally your phone number, trade, and notes about your business. If you tick items in the "What's eating your week?" list, that list is attached to your request.
Lien calculator. The Florida lien deadline calculator runs entirely in your browser. The dates and project name you enter are not sent to us unless you then submit the checklist form on the same page, in which case the deadlines you calculated are included with that request so we can send them back to you. The "Add to my calendar" file is created on your device.
Usage and advertising data. We use, or may use, Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to understand how visitors find and use the site and whether our ads work. These services use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages visited, the ad that brought you here, your browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We receive this information in aggregate reports; we do not use it to identify you personally.
Hosting logs. Our host, Netlify, processes standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, schedule a call, and prepare a recommendation you asked for.
- To send the pay-app checklist you requested, followed by a short series of related emails (usually four over about two weeks). You can stop them at any time by replying "stop" or asking us to unsubscribe you.
- To measure which pages and ads are useful, and to improve the site.
- To keep records of our business relationship if you become a client, and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not send marketing text messages.
Who we share it with
We rely on a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf, only as needed to provide their services:
- Netlify, which hosts this site and receives form submissions.
- Google (Workspace email, Analytics, Ads, and Fonts).
- LinkedIn (Insight Tag and, if you respond to one of our LinkedIn ads, its lead forms).
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to it.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and related email for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up, and generally no longer than two years after our last contact unless you become a client. Client records are kept as long as needed for the engagement and for tax and legal purposes.
Your choices
- Access, correction, or deletion. Email us and we'll tell you what we have, correct it, or delete it, unless we need to keep it for a legal reason.
- Emails. Reply to any email from us to stop further emails.
- Cookies and ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, adjust Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage LinkedIn ad preferences in your LinkedIn account settings.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we limit access to submitted information to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as bank account numbers or passwords through the forms. If you share a pay application or other business document with us, redacted copies are welcome.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
