The weekly owner's report
One page in your inbox every Monday: last week's sales, margin, cash, and what's owed, compared with the month before, with anything unusual called out.
Updates on its ownKnow your numbers. We pull QuickBooks, your POS, CRM, and spreadsheets into one weekly view of the numbers that matter, then forecast cash and demand and show where pricing is leaking margin, in tools you'll actually open.
Founded by an engineer who builds AI for a living, with prior work for lenders, a major bank, and a global hospitality brand.
If you run a business with 5 to 100 people, some of these probably sound familiar.
Sales look fine, but there's never as much cash as there should be, and it's hard to say exactly where it goes.
QuickBooks, the POS, the CRM, and a few spreadsheets each hold part of the picture. Nobody puts it together until tax time.
Payroll and a big supplier bill land in the same week, and you find out from the bank balance instead of a month ahead.
Costs went up and prices didn't. You suspect some services or products are underpriced, but not which ones or by how much.
Season swings, slow weeks, and holidays mean too many people on some days, not enough on others, and inventory that's over or short.
A dashboard someone built once, or a spreadsheet with forty tabs that only one person understands and nobody trusts.
We start with reports your software already has, then connect your tools, and build custom only where a real gap remains. The examples below are illustrative, not client results.
One weekly view of the numbers that matter to you: sales, margin, cash, and what's owed. It updates from your systems on its own, so nobody rebuilds a spreadsheet every Friday. Know your numbers without becoming a bookkeeper.
One page in your inbox every Monday: last week's sales, margin, cash, and what's owed, compared with the month before, with anything unusual called out.
Updates on its ownWhich jobs, services, or customers actually make money after labor and materials, and which ones keep you busy without paying for themselves.
From your books and timesheetsOpen invoices by customer and age, with a short list of who to call this week, connected to your accounting software.
Read-only connectionSales, labor cost, and average ticket side by side across locations, crews, or salespeople, so the differences are visible early.
Same view, every weekSimple models built from your own history: what cash looks like in the coming weeks, how busy you're likely to be, and where pricing is leaving money behind. Delivered in a form you can open, question, and update, not a black box.
Built from open invoices, upcoming bills, and payroll, updated weekly, with tight weeks flagged while there's still time to move a payment or chase a receivable.
Shown as a range, not a promiseExpected busy and slow weeks from your own sales history, Florida's seasonal swings, and holidays, so schedules and orders are set ahead instead of guessed.
Checked against actuals monthlyWhere margin is leaking: discounts that crept in, services priced below their cost, and prices that never caught up with suppliers. Then a short list of what to raise and the likely range of impact.
One change, measuredA simple sheet that answers "what if we raise our labor rate $5?" or "can we afford another tech?" using your real numbers.

Every new system begins with a person reviewing its output. We judge each workflow by what it can change, who it affects, and how easily a mistake is caught and undone.
Reports, forecasts, and pricing recommendations come to you with the assumptions shown, so you can check them before acting.
Price changes, customer messages, and anything that touches your books are drafted for you. Nothing changes until you say so.
Once a report or data feed has proven reliable, it updates on its own, with monitoring that alerts us if it stops or the numbers look wrong.
A short call, nothing touched in your business, and a straight answer on the one workflow most worth fixing. Sometimes that's a report you already have and nobody turned on. If nothing is worth it, we'll say so.
Zuhair Allahrakha, founder
I've spent more than seven years working with Florida businesses across call centers, sales, hospitality, banking and lending, healthcare, restaurants, contracting, and insurance. Most of that time I've been building AI, machine learning, and data systems: lending decision engines, credit and pricing models, and the data pipelines behind them.
Small businesses rarely get that kind of analysis without a big-company budget. Rizq Labs brings it to your size, built on the tools you already use. I'm based in South Florida, work with businesses across the state over video calls, and I'm personally accountable for every project.
These are outcomes at previous employers, in different industries, not results for small-business clients. They show the kind of work I do: finding where money leaks and building models people actually use.
Usually not. We connect what you already use, like QuickBooks, your POS, your CRM, and spreadsheets, and build the view in a tool you have or a free one such as Google Sheets or Looker Studio. If something new would genuinely help, we'll explain why and what it costs before anything changes.
Your data and accounts are yours, and software subscriptions are set up in your business's name. We ask for read-only access wherever your tools allow it, and we tell you which services will see your information before anything is connected. The reports and models we build for you stay with your business, with documentation, if you stop working with us.
No forecast is exact. We show a likely range, explain what drives it, and compare it with what actually happened each month, so you know how much weight to give it. If your history is too short or too noisy to forecast well, we'll tell you that up front.
Usually. Part of the first project is finding where the numbers don't line up and agreeing on simple fixes. We work alongside your bookkeeper or accountant, not in place of them, and we'll say so if the books need cleanup before a dashboard would be trustworthy.
Most first projects take two to four weeks, depending on your systems and how quickly we get access and feedback. You'll get a timeline and clear acceptance criteria in your scope.
The audit is free. After that, we tailor the work to what your business needs and wants: a single project, ongoing month-to-month support, fractional help each month, or a mix. You get a fixed price and written scope before any work starts, and software subscriptions are billed to you directly by the vendor.
