Rizq Labs
Customer growth for Florida small businesses

More business from the customers you already have.

Past customers who drifted away, quotes that went quiet, referrals nobody asked for. We use the customer data and tools you already have to bring people back, follow up, and ask at the right moment, then measure what actually changed.

Problems we fix

The revenue that slips away quietly.

If you run a business with 5 to 100 people, some of these probably sound familiar.

Customers quietly stop coming back

Nobody notices when a regular hasn't been in for six months. There's no complaint. They just stop showing up.

Quotes nobody follows up

A quote goes out, the customer goes quiet, and in a busy week nobody checks in. Some of those jobs go to whoever called back.

Referrals happen by luck

Happy customers would send friends your way, but nobody asks at the right moment, and nobody tracks who referred whom or thanks them.

Reviews never asked for

Your best work goes unreviewed because asking feels awkward, and by the time the invoice is paid, everyone has moved on.

No idea who your best customers are

Everyone gets the same coupon, or nothing at all, because nobody has sorted out who spends the most, who's slipping, and who's ready for more.

No way to tell what worked

A promotion goes out, sales go up, and nobody can say whether the promotion did it or it was just a good month.

What we build

Five ways to earn more from the customers you have.

We start with what your CRM, POS, or email tool already offers, then connect your tools, and build custom only where a real gap remains. Each project is one change put into practice and measured, not a strategy document. Examples marked illustrative are not client results.

Service 1

Win back past customers

Automated check-ins based on each customer's last visit, purchase, or service date, plus service-due and reorder reminders, so regulars come back before they drift away.

Bringing past travelers back

We identified every past client who hadn't booked a trip in six months and re-engaged them by email and text with a personalized follow-up based on where they'd traveled before, with an easy way to reply and start planning their next trip. Built on top of their existing CRM.

Service 2

Follow up on leads that didn't close

Quotes and inquiries that went quiet get a timely, polite follow-up, and new inquiries get a fast first response, so they don't move on to the next company on their list.

Referral program management

Ask at the right moment, after a job well done, track who referred whom, and thank referrers so they keep doing it. A simple program you can actually keep up with.

The well-timed ask

After a job is marked complete, a short note thanks the customer and asks if they know anyone who could use you, with an easy way to pass your name along.

Referral tracker and thank-yous

Every new customer is asked how they heard about you. Referrers are logged and thanked in the way you choose, and you can see who sends you the most business.

Service 4

Review requests after every job

A review request sent while the work is still fresh. Every customer gets the same ask rather than only the ones you expect to be happy, which keeps you within Google's review rules.

Service 5

Customer targeting

Sort customers into simple groups, such as your best customers, those at risk of leaving, and those ready for an upsell, then decide who gets which offer. We can also build customer lists for ad audiences such as Google Customer Match, where your customers' consent allows it.

How we measure it

One change, measured honestly.

Each project picks one change and the number it should move. We record where that number stands before anything goes out, then compare after, so you can see what the change did instead of crediting it with a good month.

Before and after

Repeat revenue

Sales from returning customers, compared with the same stretch before the change and with customers who didn't get the message.

Before and after

Win-back rate

The share of lapsed customers who come back after hearing from you, compared with similar customers who didn't.

Before and after

Referrals and reviews

New customers who name a referrer, and new reviews per completed job, tracked from the day the program starts.

A holdout group, where it's practical.

A small, random group of similar customers doesn't get the message. Comparing them with everyone else shows what the change actually did. You'll see the result even when the number didn't move, and we'll suggest what to try next.

How we work

We start with work you can check.

Every new system begins with a person reviewing its output. Growth work usually comes after or alongside automation, because it works best on a customer list you trust and follow-ups that already happen. If those aren't in place yet, that's often the first project.

  1. Review first

    We prepare, you check

Customer groups, offers, and timing are laid out with the reasoning shown, before a single message is drafted.

  2. Approve to send

    Messages you approve

Every win-back note, follow-up, and referral ask is drafted in your voice. Nothing goes to a customer until you say so.

  3. Runs with checks

    Routine work on its own

Once a sequence has proven reliable, it can run on its own, with opt-outs honored, monitoring, and a short report on what it changed.

  • Start smallOne workflow first, chosen because it's worth the most to you.
  • Fixed price per projectPrice and scope agreed in writing before work starts.
  • Review-firstA person checks the output until it has earned trust.
  • Month-to-month supportNo long-term commitment. Stop anytime.

The free AI & data audit

A clear first step before you spend a dollar.

A short call, nothing touched in your business, and a straight answer on the one change most worth making. Sometimes that's a reminder or review feature in software you already pay for that nobody turned on. If nothing is worth it, we'll say so.

  1. A 20-minute callWhere your customers come from, which tools hold their history, and where you think business is slipping away.
  2. One real exampleA redacted customer export, a list of open quotes, or last year's sales by customer shows us more than a description can.
  3. A one-page recommendationThe best first step, the assumptions behind its value, and a fixed price and scope if you want us to build it.

Zuhair Allahrakha, founder

About

Hi, I'm Zuhair. You'll work directly with me.

I've spent more than seven years working with Florida businesses across call centers, sales, hospitality, banking and lending, healthcare, restaurants, contracting, and insurance. Most of that time I've been building AI, machine learning, and data systems: lending decision engines, credit and pricing models, and the data pipelines behind them.

Small businesses rarely get that kind of analysis without a big-company budget. Rizq Labs brings it to your size, built on the tools you already use. I'm based in South Florida, work with businesses across the state over video calls, and I'm personally accountable for every project.

Results from my previous roles

  • 90% fasterOffer generation at a lender funding $400M+ a year. I rebuilt the company's decision engine; funded volume also rose 17% and defaults fell 8%.
  • $14MIn new funded volume from a framework I built that let the company safely serve a customer segment it had been turning away.
  • +13%Revenue, with 7% less spoilage, after I rebuilt a pricing model for a global hospitality brand.

These are outcomes at previous employers, in different industries, not results for small-business clients. They show the kind of work I do: finding where money leaks and building models people actually use.

Questions

Straight answers.

Will you text my customers?

Only customers who have agreed to receive texts from your business, and only for the kinds of messages they agreed to. Every text includes a way to opt out, and opt-outs are honored. We don't set up bulk or cold text campaigns, and we don't use bought or rented lists.

What about email?

Emails go to your own customers and leads, from your business, with a working unsubscribe link and your business's mailing address. Unsubscribes are honored, and we never send to purchased lists.

Do I need new marketing software?

Usually not. Many POS, CRM, booking, and email tools already include reminders, review requests, or simple automations that nobody has turned on. We start there, then connect your tools, and build custom only where a real gap remains. If something new would genuinely help, we'll explain why and what it costs before anything changes.

How will I know it worked?

Each project picks one number to move, like repeat revenue, win-back rate, or referrals, and records it before anything goes out. Where it's practical, a small holdout group of similar customers doesn't get the message, so we can compare. You'll see the result even if the change didn't help.

Is this a marketing agency?

No. We don't run your social media or manage your ad spend. We work with the customers and leads you already have: the data, the follow-ups, the timing, and the measurement. If what you really need is a marketing agency, we'll tell you.

What about my customer data?

Your customer list and accounts are yours, and software subscriptions are set up in your business's name. We ask for the narrowest access your tools allow and tell you which services will see your customer information before anything is connected. Customer lists are only uploaded to ad platforms with your approval, and only where your customers' consent and your privacy policy allow it.

What does it cost?

The audit is free. After that, we tailor the work to what your business needs and wants: a single project, ongoing month-to-month support, fractional help each month, or a mix. You get a fixed price and written scope before any work starts, and software subscriptions are billed to you directly by the vendor.
